Parts and paid software cost extra. Extra time is charged in started half-hour blocks, with your agreement. The fee covers my time and finding the cause of the problem. Some faults need parts or a specialist repair.

Of course. You don’t need to prepare technical details or know what’s wrong. Explain what you can see and I’ll take it from there.
What if it can’t be fixed during the visit?
The visit fee covers my time and finding the cause of the problem. If it needs parts, more time or a different specialist, I’ll explain the options and cost before you decide.
How does help over the internet work?
If your device is online, I can guide you through a secure connection that lets me help while you watch. You give permission and can end the session at any time. We’ll check it’s suitable before starting.
Should I buy anything first?
Usually there’s no need. Let’s discuss the problem first so you can avoid buying something you don’t need.
